See What LBREPORT.com Found on Facebook. Is It Related To Mar. 21 Incident At City Clerk's Office, Now Subject of City Prosecutor Inquiry?

(April 23, 2014, 5:45 a.m.) -- LBREPORT.com found the graphic and text below on Facebook, published by a third party, with no campaign or committee ID or other information related to who organized or paid for the event below.

A separate search by LBREPORT.com found the name of the person who uploaded the information onto Facebook listed in a Garcia for Mayor campaign finance report. The Garcia campaign reported paying him $500 between Feb. 23 and March 22 listed as [three word FPPC report code] "campaign consultants."

At this point we don't know if the content below is or isn't related to an incident, on or about March 21 at the Long Beach City Clerk's office, now the subject of an inquiry (to our knowledge not an investigation) by the LB City Prosecutor's office, involving an exchange between another Garcia Mayoral campaign worker who accompanied individuals and allegedly urged the City Clerk to allow the individuals to vote provisionally on that date (which the City Clerk declined, citing the Elections Code), who may have registered to vote in recent days and whose names as of Mar. 21 didn't appear on the voter registration rolls (but whose names subsequently did appear as registrants.)
