(May 4, 2017) -- A celebration of the life of former Mayor Kell is scheduled for Friday May 12 at the LB Yacht Club, 6201 Appian Way, at 11:00 a.m.

(April 30, 2017) -- Following-up on our story earlier today (April 30) reporting the passing of former Mayor Ernie Kell, LBREPORT.com provides video below of retired Mayor Kell speaking warmly, and humorously, at a February 6, 2016 ceremony honoring his longtime City Hall colleague (and occasional political rival) retired Mayor/Councilman Dr. Tom Clark.
