(April 18, 2002) -- The 28 year old victim of an April 11 drive by shooting in the area of 20th St. and Locust.Ave in the 6th Council district has died.

LBPD says 28 year old Nathaniel Jordan of LB was riding his bicycle at about 12:50 p.m., heading eastbound on 20th St. near Locust Ave., when two male Hispanics in their late teens or early 20's drove up behind him and fired one round at him, striking him in the back. Mr. Jordan was taken to LB Memorial Medical Center and died later that night.

The suspects are described as having shaved heads. The vehicle they were driving has been described as a mid to late 90's teel green Chevy Astro or GMC Safari van.
