(April 29, 2005. revised) -- LB Councilwoman Tonia Reyes Uranga and LB Harbor Commissioner Mario Cordero are among LB residents scheduled to attend a major fundraiser for L.A. Councilmember and Mayoral candidate Antonio Villaraigosa.
Councilman Villaraigosa finished ahead of incumbent L.A. Mayor James Hahn in a multi-candidate March ballot contest...and will meet the Mayor in a May 17 runoff.
Invitations for the May 1 event, 6-8 p.m. at LB's Museum of Latin American Art indicate it's $1,000 for co-host, $500 for sponsor...and $250 per person.
Also slated to attend is Tomas Gonzales, Greater LB LULAC Council President.
