Photo Essay 2008 Belmont Shore "Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest"
(April 28, 2008) -- Justin Rudd's Belmont Shore "Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest" (a production of his non-profit "Community Action Team") was a feast for the eyes on 2nd Street on Sunday April 27.
More than 100 artists took part in the 5th annual event. Artists drew on artist's paper stuck to sidewalk with masking tape (no chalking directly on the sidewalk) and could take home their artwork after the judging.
