(April 12, 2016, 6:15 p.m.) -- The April 19 City Council agenda includes an item on its consent calendar (no separate discussion unless a taxpayer(s) seeks to speak to it or a Councilmember pulls it for discussion) listing various infrastructure projects and existing projects in multiple Council districts for designation to receive one-time infrastructure funding.

Councilmembers may bring forward other infrastructure items in the future (that aren't department management capital/infrastructure projects or existing programs) for Council approval.

The April 19 agenda item includes a detailed background memo (Attachment A) dated Nov. 9, 2015 from the City Attorney/City Manager memo to the Mayor and Council explaining the procedures that must be followed for allocating "divide by nine" funding for infrastructure items
