LBPD Public Information Officer Sgt. Brad Johnson says the victim told officers that he was standing next to his vehicle parked in the 1600 block of W. PCH [just east of Santa Fe.] It's currently unknown if it's gang related; LBPD's investigation is ongoing. Further as we learn it.
