(Aug. 6, 2018) -- Gunfire flew on Sunday night in LB's historic Willmore City neighborhood (1st Council district), less than a mile due north of LB's Civic Center.

LBPD Public Information Officer Nancy Pratt tells LBREPORT.com that on Aug. 5 at about 11:25 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Del Rey Court regarding a suspicious person call, discovered that a shooting had occurred and found an unoccupied vehicle struck by gunfire.

No victims were located or injuries reported and LBPD's investigation is ongoing.
