    Proposal to Spend Up To $130,000 To Update Police "Strategic Plan" Withdrawn From Dec. 16 Council Agenda

    (Dec. 16, 2003) -- A request by City Auditor Gary Burroughs that the City Council approve spending up to $130,000 to update a "Strategic Plan" for the Police Dept was withdrawn from the agenda at the Dec. 16 Council meeting.

    Mayor Beverly O'Neill announced that the item was withdrawn from the consent calendar on which it had been included.
