LBREPORT.com has confirmed that city management has scheduled Dec. 15 City Council hearing to receive, consider and act on a project agreement, master site plan, supplemental environmental impact report and traffic impact fee ordinance for the Long Beach Civic Center project.

The notice for the hearing indicates that items pertaining to this will be available on the meeting agenda expected to appear online later today. LBREPORT.com will update our story and provide links to the materials as they appear.

The notice recites that a person(s) challenging the action in court may be limited to raising only those issues that they or someone else raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk's office at or prior to the public hearing.

Meanwhile, as previously reported by LBREPORT.com, the Harbor Commission has agendized a session closed to the public and the press one day earlier, on December 14, citing CA Gov't Code section 54956.8 "for conference with Harbor Department negotiator Jon Slangerup to discuss price and terms of payment of the proposed Civic Center project. The City's negotiating party is Plenary-Edgemoor."
