Meanwhile, as previously reported by LBREPORT.com, the Harbor Commission has agendized a session closed to the public and the press one day earlier, on December 14, citing CA Gov't Code section 54956.8 "for conference with Harbor Department negotiator Jon Slangerup to discuss price and terms of payment of the proposed Civic Center project.
