(Feb. 5, 2010) -- Deborah Turner, whose years of devotion to Wheely Willy, the uplifting paraplegic dog who recently passed away. sends word of a small paraplegic Dachshund that was picked up as a stray by LB Animal Care Services.
He obviously needs a very special home.

[Text by Ms. Turner: This handsome boy is currently in their care and has been given the temporary name of Harley. He has no idea that he is disabled and cannot walk with his rear legs. He just wants to play and be loved and petted.
He jumps and scrambles around and will soon be mobile in his newly donated K9 Cart made by Pet Mobility and Rehabilitation Center.
We thank the generous company, Med ID Services, who stepped up and donated the wheelchair.
Now this sweet and cheerful dog simply needs to find a home that will cherish him and appreciate his special abilities.
This dog is a special needs dog and requires a person with means (i.e. financial resources) to take care of him for the rest of his life. He will need a constant companion (as Deborah was to Willy).
