(Feb. 7, 2010) -- On Feb. 2, friends and family celebrated the 86th birthday of Vincenzo Cristiano...and wished him "Cento Ano" (100 years).

The patriarch of the family that founded and operates Nino's Ristorante Italiano (LB's oldest Italian restaurant) on Atlantic Ave. in Bixby Knolls said he felt like a King with so many friends.
Local officials including Vice Mayor Val Lerch, L.A. County Supervisor Don Knabe and Assemblywoman Bonnie Lowenthal sent scrolls and recognitions (most via aides/field reps).

In accordance with Italian tradition, they all wished Mr. Cristiano "Cento Ano"...100 years.
