Friday Night, Jan. 17: Multiple Shots Fired Artesia Blvd. @ Downey Ave.; Two Victims Hit, Taken To Hospital
(January 17, 2003, posted at 10:30 p.m.) -- Multiple shots were fired tonight at the corner of Artesia Blvd. and Downey Ave. on LB's border with the City of Bellflower. At least two victims were hit.
Details are sketchy as we post. The crime occurred just over the LB line in Bellflower and the L.A. County Sheriff's office tells LBReport.com the two victims were taken to a local hospital. Their condition is uncertain as we post.
