(January 5, 2009) -- LBReport.com this morning (Jan. 5) submitted the following Public Records Act request to the City of Long Beach:

Under the CA Public Records Act (CA Gov't Code section 6250 et seq.), the undersigned requests access to the following records from the Office of City Manager Pat West, other city management or staff and Mayor Bob Foster:

1. All communications, correspondence or contacts to, from or between the City of Long Beach (staff, management or electeds) and Barclays Capital, Citi Group, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Fieldman Rolapp, Gardner Underwood and/or Public Financial Management regarding lease or acquisition of Long Beach Municipal Airport.

2. All communications with the FAA regarding its Airport Privatization Pilot Program and/or the subject matter of item 1, above.
