  • (Jan. 19, 2010, updating) -- Below are incredible photos from LBReport.com readers of the Jan. 19 storm that hit Long Beach.

While other LB outlets missed the developing story, LBReport.com told our readers the major storm cell was approaching LB well before it hit. That storm cell was so intense that it triggered a tornado warning (which LBReport.com had prominently on our front page).

Below are just some of reader photos that have come in. We're receiving more. Email us yours at mail@lbreport.com (and let us know if you'd like us to use your name).

Wilson High School teacher Devon Day said in emailing these photos: "For some reason, I decided to park on Ximeno because of the expected storm...This happened in basically 30 minutes. This is Bennett Ave. at 8th St. at 1:30 p.m. Six teachers lost their cars to flood waters...So sad..."
