LBPD Sgt. Greg Schirmer tells LBReport.com that the shooting took place in the 2200 block of Lincoln (south of Wardlow Rd., west of Santa Fe. Ave. at about 2:11 a.m...and found a a woman in her 20's suffering from a gunshot wounded to the leg; she was transported to a hospital with Further as we learn it.
