The LBCC Weather Station (Carson/Clark) reported 0.78" as of 12:13 p.m. As of 10:53 a.m., LBCC Weather Station (Carson/Clark) reported 0.66" inches of rain on Tues. (Jan. 5) with 0.22" reported between 9:53 a.m. The Nat'l Weather Service monitor at LB Airport recorded between 0.22"-0.24" per hour for each hour between 7:53 a.m. to 10:53 a.m. As of noon Monday, the Nat'l Weather Service forecasts another storm to hit Long Beach on Wednesday (Jan. 6) -- with a 90% chance of rain and possibly a thunderstorm after 10 a.m. -- and heavy rain into Wednesday night.
