UPDATE: Nat'l Weather Service Walks Back on Monday Rain, Now Just Scattered Monday, With 40% Rain Chance Tonight...And 100% Rain Chance Tuesday, Likely Thru Weds

(UPDATED Jan. 4, 11:00 a.m. from Jan. 3, 2016.) -- The National Weather Service has walked back on its prediction of solid rain during the day Monday, now just expects scattered showers during the day, with a 40% chance of some rain overnight.

But then Tuesday (Jan. 5), the National Weather service continues to predict rain, heavy at times through the day...with an 80% chance into the evening and overnight.

  • Tuesday: Rain, heavy at times, chance 100%; Tues nite: rain, chance 80%
  • Weds: Rain, chance 80%; Weds nite: Rain, chance 80%.
  • Thurs.: Showers likely, chance 70% Thurs nite: Showers likely.
  • Friday: Chance of showers.
