(July 3, 2002) -- There was an afternoon shooting in the 5900 block of Atlantic Ave. in NLB's 9th Council district today.
LBPD says that at roughly 1:00 p.m. today, a male Hispanic in his 30's was standing in front of an apartment building and became involved in a verbal confrontation with several male The victim was taken to a local hospital.
