Int'l Printing Museum Observes July 4 By Letting Public Print Their Own Copy of Declaration of Independence on 1806 Press; Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin Attend
(July 5, 2009) -- The International Printing Museum in Carson, CA observed July 4th in a enlightening, uplifting and newsworthy manner by inviting the public to print their own copy of the Declaration of Independence on an 1806-vintage press.
The Museum also invited Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and Benjamin Franklin to attend, skillfully portrayed by actors Peter Small (Adams), P.D. Soinski (Franklin) (in first photo below) and Ken Riedel (Jefferson) (in second photo below).
