|
(July 21, 2013) -- LBPD pursued and apprehended a felony suspect today (Sun. July 21) after officers spotted a stolen vehicle, which refused to stop, prompting a pursuit that ended with the suspect fleeing into the neighborhood and hiding from police
LBPD Public Information Officer Nancy Pratt tells LBREPORT.com that officers up a containment perimeter and conducted a search assisted by a K9 officer and LASD's airship. The search was productive: LBPD officers found the suspect in the 3000 block of Oregon Ave...and he's now in custody (an adult male) [we don't have the booking charges at this point; we'll add them as received.]
