The latest shooting happened at about 12:45 a.m. today (Mon. July 7) in the area of South St./Lemon Ave., with bullets striking an occupied apartment building...with no persons hit.

LBPD Public Information Officer Marlene Arrona tells LBREPORT.com that at about 12:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to a report of shots heard in the area of South St./Lemon Ave...and arriving officers found that an occupied residential apartment building in the 1000 block of E. South St. had been struck by gunfire. Officers conducted a safety check and didn't locate any persons who'd sustained injuries LBPD's investigation on this is ongoing. blog comments powered by Disqus
