(June 7, 2014) -- The Ventura County Sheriff's Dept. has arrested five suspects and is seeking four others, alleging they're part of a burglary crew affiliated with an unspecified Long Beach-based criminal street gang. Eight of the suspects are men in the their 20's; one suspect is a woman in her 50s; all are from Long Beach.
In a release, the Ventura County Sheriff's Dept. alleges the the burglary crew averaged two residential burglaries per week of the type described below -- more than 100 over a one year period -- among various unspecified law enforcement jurisdictions.
