On May 20, the day after the Council voted 7-2 (Supernaw and Mungo dissenting) to direct the City Attorney to prepare a formal resolution on the matter, LBREPORT.com made a request under the CA Public Records Act to see what members of the public were telling their Councilmembers and by what margins.
