March 19: Wrigley Area Armed Robbery to Business, 2200 block Pacific Ave (6th district) Turns Neighborhood Into SWAT Perimeter; LBPD Finds Shotgun, Searches For Suspect
(March 19, 2002) -- Wrigley area residents in the area of 2200 Earl (near Hill St. and Pacific Ave.) had a SWAT perimeter in their neighborhood tonight as LBPD searched for a suspect following the armed robbery of a business in the 2200 block of Pacific Ave. (6th Council district).
Police said a shotgun was recovered in an alley. SWAT searches for suspect as we post shortly before midnight.
