(March 5, 2005) -- A 16-year old has been shot and killed in the 3000 block of Collidge Street in NLB (south of Artesia Blvd, east of Paramount Blvd.)
LBPD says its preliminary investigation indicates that on March 3 at approximately 7:50 p.m., Darryl Tucker, 16, of Long Beach "was walking with friends on Coolidge Street when they were approached by a male who started shooting at the group."
Police say victim Tucker was hit by gunfire and transported to a local hospital; he did not survive.
