(March 17, 2008) -- Two men and a woman became LB crime victims after choosing to take a walk on Sunday evening in the area south of Carroll Park.
LBPD Public Information Officer Nancy Pratt says that at about 11:50 p.m. the three pedestrians were walking in the area of 3rd St. between Junipero and Wisconsin Aves. when a suspect ran up to them, pulled out a handgun and demanded that they turn over personal belongings.
A second suspect then appeared who also participated in taking personal belongings, and the suspects then fled on foot. LBPD says the suspects are described as two male Blacks in their 20's.
