(March 19, 2009) -- As LBReport.com readers were first to learn earlier today (advisory on our front page and emailed), Air Force One departed LB Airport today (March 19) in reverse of normal direction...over Los Altos, not Cal Hts/Bixby Knolls.

She indicated that the decision was based in part on the Air Force One's fully fueled weight crossing two runway bridges. (The plane's arriving weight was less.)
