LBCC's Physical Sciences weather station recorded 0.17" of rain this morning; it was intense but brief. The weather station recorded 0.44" in the first storm on Sunday...so there's been 0.61" from the pair of storms thus far. The National Weather Service forecasts continued showers on Monday with possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before 4 p.m.
After 4 p.m., NWS forecasts roughly a 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms with wind gusts as high as 20 mph. By Monday night, the probability of precipitation will decrease to a 40% chance of showers/thunderstorms before 10 p.m. Tuesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 72.
