(May 27, 2004) -- LBReport.com has obtained the permit issued by Long Beach City Hall for production of a part of MTV's 2004 "Beach House" (a nationally telecast summer series) in the Belmont Shore/Peninsula area.
We post the permit's salient portions in pdf form below.
City Hall redacted a few sentences (which it indicated dealt with police operational matters)...and we redacted some other items on our own (some phone numbers and some specific rehearsal/shooting times).
The signature page (omitted by us to save file space) indicates it was signed on May 25 by David Ashman, Director of City Hall's Office of Special Events and Filming.
LBReport.com requested access to the document and received it by fax. Our fax reception quality wasn't perfect...but the document's substantive text is certainly discernable.
