News Boeing Realty Says It Plans Up To 1,200 Condos/Townhouses As Residential Part of "Douglas Park" Mixed-Use Development
(May 17, 2006) -- Following-up on a story reported yesterday by LBReport.com, Stephen Davis of Boeing Shared Services in Seattle tells us that the company's plans now call for up to 1,200 condos/townhouses for the residential component of the company's "Douglas Park" mixed-use development north of LB Airport, west of Lakewood Blvd.(site of the former Douglas aircraft plant).
The number results after the company's removal of 200 units of single family housing from its plans. The final number of condos/townhouses has not yet been determined, Mr. Davis indicated.
