(May 4, 2006) -- LB City Hall advises that today's (May 4th) Planning Commission hearing re the Environmental Impact Report on expanding LB Airport's permanent terminal area facilities will be telecast tonight on Charter Cable channel 8 ("LBTV") following the weekly replay of the City Council meeting. The Planning Commission proceedings are expected to air May 4th starting at 10:09 p.m.

The Planning Comm'n proceeding will be repeated Friday night May 5 @ 10:09 p.m., Saturday May 6 @ 12:39 p.m. and Sunday May 7 @ 4:39 p.m. These will all be on Charter Cable channel 8.

And the upcoming special evening Planning Commission hearing on the matter, scheduled for May 11 at 6 p.m., will be televised live AND streamed at City Hall's website (www.longbeach.gov).

City management announced the telecasts in the late afternoon on May 4.
