(May 11, 2008) -- A pre-dawn shooting, area Linden Ave. near Norton St. (b/w 56th and 57th St.) sent an adult to the hospital on Sunday (May 11).
Initial information is sketchy. LBPD Public Information Officer Jackie Bezart says that at about 1:30 a.m., the victim is walking on Linden Ave. when a car pulled up; words were exchanged; shots were fired from the car; the victim was struck...and transported to a hospital with NON-life-threatening injuries.
The victim was an adult male Hispanic. The suspects are two male Hispanics.
