  • (May 30, 2009) -- A midnight-hour May 28 Belmont Shore officer-involved shooting (aftermath photographed by SealBeachDaily.com Producer/Co-Publisher Kate Cohen, shared with/first reported before dawn by LBReport.com), followed by L.A. TV news coverage (NBC4/KNBC) in which nearby residents charged that City Hall has been unresponsive to detrimentally-impacting activities in their neighborhood [previously reported by TheDistrictWeekly.com], was followed by a visible LBPD presence on 2nd St. last night (May 29-30).
