(May 3, 2010) -- Below is what Long Beach can now enjoy at newly opened Cressa Park, adjacent to the L.A. River between PCH and 19th St. A dedication ceremony took place on May 1, 2010, honoring volunteers who transformed a formerly barren city owned lot into a park.

The event was held by the Wrigley Area Neighborhood Alliance (WANA)...and here's what I saw:
