(May 10, 2010) -- LBReport.com provides video below showing what Long Beach now has in the 2000 block of Pacific Ave...where a vacant lot has been turned into a community garden.
The Wrigley Village Community Garden, operating under the auspices of the non-profit Long Beach Organic, Inc. was developed by the City of LB's Neighborhood Leadership Program's "Waves4Change" team.
LBReport.com has followed the progress of this project in detail for nearly a year.
On May 8, neighborhood gardeners, multiple volunteers and project supporters gathered at the site. LBReport.com was present...and takes you there with video and photos below.
