 (May 16, 2012) -- LBPD says it found evidence that a shooting occurred on Saturday May 12 at about 11:00 p.m. in the area of 55th Way and Paramount Blvd. The area is just down the street from "Pops" Davenport Park (named for LBPD Corporal Ed Davenport, who handled multiple LBPD assignments for roughly 40 years).
No victims in Saturday night's gunfire were located; there were no reports of injury...and the suspect is outstanding. Map above: Blue X=shootings with victim hit.
