May 18) informational hearing in Sacramento's Assembly Utilities and Commerce Committee (Gatto, chair; Patterson vice-chair) regarding the Frontier Communications transition from Verizon. Scheduled speakers are Melinda White, President, West Region Frontier Communications and Tim Sullivan, Exec. Dir. of the CA Public Utilities Commission.
