    LBReport.com Makes Public Records Request For Documents City Auditor Sought To Destroy; Council Action Postponed

    (November 23, 2004) -- On November 23, LBReport.com made a Public Records (CA freedom of information) request to inspect documents that the LB City Auditor's Office sought Council approval to destroy.

    The item was removed from the November 23 Council agenda. Our inspection of the materials is pending.
