(Nov. 7, 2009) -- City Attorney Bob Shannon has agendized for City Council discussion on November 10 a draft ordinance on regulating medical marijuana dispensaries.

In colloquy at the November 3 City Council meeting, City Attorney Shannon stressed that it would be a starting point for discussion, a framework onto which the City Council would ultimately provide policy direction and make policy decisions.
