Since this pertains to the Civic Center, the spokesperson forwarded our inquiry to Mike Conway, Director of Economic and Property Development. LBREPORT.com notes that on Nov. 17 at 4:00 p.m., the Council went into a session closed to the public and press to discuss what was agendized as "real estate transaction terms" regarding a property description covering the proposed Civic Center transaction (citing CA Gov't Code section 54956.8) Councilmembers emerged from the closed session about 5:35 p.m. Developing.
