(October 29, 2004) -- 4th district Councilman Patrick O'Donnell will hold the first of regular, planned monthly meetings in the district on Wednesday, Nov. 3 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the Los Altos Library, 5614 Britton Ave.

"Councilmember O'Donnell welcomes the opportunity to meet new constituents, say hello to old friends, and hear any concerns or suggestions," his office said in a written release.

"My mission is to improve City services, improve the quality of life, and ensure public safety for my constituents and public participation is critical to that process," Councilman O'Donnell said in the release.
