(Oct. 24, 2006) -- LBPD is asking for the public's help in identifying three suspects in the photos below. LBPD says they should be considered armed and extremely dangerous; if you see them, don't approach them, call 911.
They're wanted in connection with a string of robberies in the City of LB and other L.A. County cities over the past several months.
LBPD says that in LB alone, four businesses have been robbed since June 2006...and in "each of the four incidents, the suspects entered either a gas station mart or convenience store and approached the counter with merchandise to purchase. When the clerk opened the register, one of the suspects would pull a handgun from his waistband, order the clerk away from the register, and proceed to take the money from the drawer before fleeing."

If you recognize any or all of the suspects or know their whereabouts, call LBPD Robbery Detective Mike Dugan at (562) 570-7464. LBPD says "callers can remain anonymous.".
Again: The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous and at no time should anyone attempt to contact or detain them. If an immediate police response is necessary, please call 9-1-1.
As a further physical description, LBPD offers this information:
- Suspect # 1 -- male Pacific Islander or Hispanic, 25 to 30 years, 5’10" to 6’0" tall, 225 to 230 pounds, black hair and goatee
- Suspect # 2 -- male Pacific Islander or Hispanic, 25 to 30 years, 5’10" to 6’0" tall, 225 to 240 pounds, short hair, moustache and goatee
- Suspect # 3 -- male African-American, 25 to 30 years, 5’10", 150 pounds, with black hair
