(October 29, 2017) -- Gunfire flew early this morning (Sun. Oct. 29) a little over a block north of St. Anthony High School (1st Council district.) Information is sketchy, with the victims not reporting the incident to police thus far. A witness says there were two male suspects (ages unclear), one of whom was armed with a gun, and the gunfire missed hitting two victims (ages and genders unclear) who fled the scene.

LBPD Public Information Officer Sgt. James Richardson tells LBREPORT.com that at about 2:26 a.m. on Oct. 29, LBPD was called to a shotoing incident in the area of 8th St./Olive Ave. where a witness indicated that two male suspects were observed firing a handgun at two victims.

LBPD says that as of 10 a.m. today, the victims haven't yet contacted police to report the incident and no suspects have been located.
