(Oct. 3, 2017, 6:15 a.m.) -- City staff has prepared a document it titles "General Plan Land Use Element Misconceptions and Concerns." At early evening yesterday (Oct. 2), Councilwoman Stacy Mungo's office linked to it via NextDoor.com and we presume it will be distributed elsewhere.
