The neighborhood is just across the RR tracks from the Fairfield YMCA, which is across the street from LBPD's North Division police station.

LBPD Watch Commander Lt. David Faris tells LBREPORT.com that at about 3:39 p.m., units were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Pleasant St. where the an individual said a vehicle drove-by from which someone fired a shot at him but missed.

LBPD is investigating what occurred as possibly gang related.
