  • (Sept. 9, 2009) -- Assemblywoman Bonnie Lowenthal's office, via Chief of Staff Will Shuck, says the Assemblymember was present on the floor for the vote on SB250, but was recordeded as absent/abstain/not voting for the following reason:

    "She supports the policy goal, but believes it will best be achieved through further refinement of this bill, and hopes the author will continue working on it through the second year of this two-year session."
