(Sept. 10, 2014, 8:40 p.m.) -- Terence Endersen is unopposed in Thursday night's (Sept. 11) balloting for the Belmont Shore Residents Association board presidency.

The balloting will be at the Bay Shore Library for association members, both renters and property owners.

For board vice president, Max Alavi and Jann Gath are seeking the membership's support.

Veteran board member Jeff Miller is seeking another term as board secretary, although challenged by Frank Elizondo.

Robert O'Connor is the only candidate for board treasurer.

Candidates for board members-at-large are Joann Berardo, Aileen Colon, Julie Dean, Dick Gaylord, David "Coach" Newell and Sara Schumacher.

Endersen, Miller, O'Connor, Colon, Dean and Newell are incumbents.

Elizondo is incumbent vice president but decided to run against Miller for secretary instead.
