(Sept. 16, 2017, 6:25 a.m.) -- LBREPORT.com has learned that on Friday night in the 11 p.m hour, a man on E. Anaheim St. a couple of blocks east of Redondo Ave. (4th Council district) found himself looking down the barrel of gun when two men (adults) allegedly robbed him, and one of the suspects fired multiple shots at him...but missed.

LBPD overnight Watch Commander Lt. Burford tells LBREPORT.com that at about 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 15, officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of E. Anaheim St. in response to an armed robbery; two men allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint; during commission of the armed robbery, one of the suspects fired multiple shots at the victim; the victim wasn't struck...and the suspects are outstanding.
