(Sept. 14, 2017, updated with suspect sketch Sept. 15) -- At late afternoon Sept. 14, LBPD issued the following warning to the community/attempt to identify:
[LBPD text] The Long Beach Police Department wants to make the public aware of a suspect that has exposed himself to minors on at least five occasions. The incidents occurred in the area of Arbor Road to Atherton Street and Bellflower Boulevard to Palo Verde Avenue, between August 6th and September 12th, and between the hours of 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Anyone with information regarding these incidents or maybe able to identify the suspect responsible is urged to call Sex Crimes Detective James Smigla at (562) 5705514.
